William established Cormorant in 2013 with a desire to create a company that delivers innovative, high quality buildings fit for their surroundings. He has formed a team around him that share his passion for building and for creating genuinely exceptional homes. William loves cycling and particularly enjoys watching the Spring Classics every year.
Having known and worked with Will for many years Tim joined the team bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in new builds and project management. Tim has an eye for detail and finds real pleasure in getting the best out of our team. Tim is a keen cyclist and enjoys club runs as well as competing in local races (he really is rather good and pretty quick!)
Peter has a background in business management and supported William in setting up the company in 2013. Whilst not involved in the day to day operations of the company Peter continues to provide support and advice from his experience of running many successful business’s. Peter has passion for vintage cars and undertaking epic journeys including the Peking to Paris rally.
Jonny, Site Manager
Jonny has recently completed his SMSTS training having joined us back in 2016. He has a background in farming and although in a different field his experience of plant operating is second to none and his calm, measured approach is always appreciated on site.
Charlotte works in the office facilitating our team on site and managing our administration, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Chris has worked for Cormorant for a few years now. He turns his hand to many trades and has recently added Zinc work to his skill set.
