We are interested in purchasing all types of land for residential development.
We consider everything from small garden plots to larger sites up to 2 acres and everything in-between, either with or without planning permission. We are also happy to develop the land in partnership with the land owner. Ideally the land we look to purchase is within 30 miles of Chichester, West Sussex.
If you are curious to know whether your piece of land might be suitable please get in touch. Free of charge, we can provide an initial appraisal on how likely planning permission might be and for how many dwellings. If you choose to take things further, we can, if you wish, deal with architectural and planning side for you, often with no cost to the land owner.
Being small we are able to make decisions quickly but we are large enough to have extensive industry experience and strong financial backing.
When we purchase land we like to work closely with the land owner aiming to maximise the land opportunity for everyone. Our motivation is to build something really great with a low carbon footprint and for everyone to do well, to this end we would love to discuss any land opportunity and be open with you as to our proposals.
