Harbour Road is a great example of our design and build philosophy. A fantastic plot right on the beach on the picturesque Sussex coast. Starting with a clean slate we built a beautiful 4 bed chalet bungalow with views over the sea.
Using SIP’s construction we achieved great insulation values and air tightness.
The addition of mechanical heat recovery systems to a great design ensure cheap running costs for future occupiers. With attention to detail, including a bespoke hand made kitchen and an innovative lighting design we really finished this house in style.
